Indians Home Opener Sold Out

Cleveland Indians single-game tickets went on sale to the public Monday and within minutes the Home Opener at Progressive Field against the Chicago White Sox on April 11th was sold out! 

The Indians issued a press release shortly after 10 a.m. when the tickets went on sale at Indians.com saying the game was sold out. They also mentioned that tickets to later series, such as the Tigers, Blue Jays, and Yankees series, were selling quickly. 

Just before noon Monday, StubHub.com, the after-market ticket website had standing room only tickets for the home opener going for $88, normally $13. 

The season opener for the Indians is April 3, against the Rangers in Texas.

AUDIO Indians Lose In Walk-Off Fashion

The Cleveland Indians lost this afternoon on the South Side of Chicago 2-1 dropping to 84-62 on the season.

Chris Assenheimer from the Elyria Chronicle Telegram joined the Brad Russell Show Thursday to talk about the loss and what the Indians need to do to sew up that AL Central moving forward.
