The Summit County Sheriff's Office is investigating a deadly crash in Coventry Township early Sunday morning.
According to the report, a 17-year-old boy was ejected from the car he was riding in after an accident just after 2 a.m. Sunday. Once the boy was ejected, he was hit by multiple vehicles along I-77 South in Coventry Township, at mile marker 121.
Coventry Fire Department responded to the scene, where the boy was pronounced dead shortly afterwords.
The victim's identity has not been released, pending the Summit County Medical Examiner notifying next of kin. The cause of the accident is still under investigation and no criminal charges have been filed as of Monday morning.
Since Wednesday afternoon, crews from the Coventry Township Fire Department and the Summit County Water Rescue Team have been searching for a missing 18 year-old man in the Portage Lakes.
The Coventry Township Fire Department says crews found the body of a male at about 9:45 this morning.
Though his identity has not yet been confirmed, crews found the body "in the general vicinity" of the missing man.
The Summit County Medical Examiner's office is in the process of identifying the body found.

Crews have continued to search since the initial report was received. This morning at approximately 9:45 am crews located the body of a male in the general vicinity of the missing swimmer.
The Summit County Medical Examiner's office has been notified and is in the process of identifying the individual. The incident remains under investigation at this time.
