Update: The Amber Alert issued by the Cleveland Police Department for two missing Cleveland children has been canceled and the children are reportedly safe.
The kids' mother is in custody, reports say.

An Amber Alert has been issued by the Cleveland Police Department statewide.

Be on the lookout for an abducted child. On September 10, 2018 at 8:02 PM, Children were taken by their mother after she reportedly killed the father of the two children. She is currently armed and there is no vehicle.
The incident took place in Cuyahoga County, OH on 943 Alhambra Avenue in the city of Cleveland 44110.
There are 2 victims:
Child #1's name is Anijah Kelley and the individual is missing. The child is a Black female, age 4, is 3'00 tall, weighs 40 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.
Child #2's name is Armani Kelley and the individual is missing. The child is a Black male, age 7, is 4'00 tall, weighs 60 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.
The suspect's name is Arriel Rose Bryant. The suspect is a Black female, age 28, is 5'3 tall, weighs 140 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. Suspect is currently armed.
The vehicle involved is a No Vehicle.
