US Marshals and Akron police have arrested a suspect in connection with the murder of 21 year old Tyrae Carter of Akron. He was shot near the intersection of Tampa Avenue and 28th Street, SW, on December 3, 2020.
22 year old Kashmair Mingo of Nestor Ave. in Akron, is also charged with Aggravated Robbery, and Weapons Under Disability.
