Youngstown representative Tim Ryan is officially launching his bid for U.S. Senate with a social media announcement this morning.
Ryan once again appealing to the working class of Ohio in his run to replace Senator Rob Portman.
Ryan is the first and only Democrat to announce he's looking to fill the outgoing Republican's seat.
Ryan's been in Congress since 2013 when he replaced Jim Traficant. who Ryan once worked for.
