Perhaps not until the thick of the pandemic in March and April did many consider the stress frontline workers may be under.

Dr. Brian Harte is the president of Cleveland Clinic-Akron General, and he joined the Ray Horner Morning Show to speak of the great work his staff is doing under these circumstances. Dr. Harte says they are doing what is needed to lower the stress levels of healthcare workers, but also believes the public can help relieve stress by wearing masks and social distancing, so as to not overwhelm the hospitals.

Dr. Harte also touched on the double whammy that is flu season mixed with COVID-19, and he urged the listeners to get their flu shots if they have not already.
