The airports and the airlines suffered major hits in 2020 with the pandemic, but could 2021 be a year for optimism?

Ren Camacho is the president and CEO of the Akron-Canton Airport, and he joined the Ray Horner Morning Show to talk about air travel both local and beyond. With the vaccines being distributed, Camacho believes there may be “pent-up demand” for leisure travel as the warmer months approach, though with video conferencing software, business travel continues to stay down.

The CAK CEO touched on what his airport has done to keep passengers safe, from additional sanitization to air purification.
