WAKR and the Ray Horner Morning Show are featuring a member of the black community in Akron who have made an impact by their courage and leadership.

Robert DeJournett is now a part of the Greater Akron Chamber, after spending three decades with Summa Health, and this new role gives him a different perspective of finding aspiring black entrepreneurs in the community. He believes there is a wealth of black history in Akron, and he feels proud to helping mold the youths of today and tomorrow.
