WAKR and the Ray Horner Morning Show are featuring a member of the black community in Akron who have made an impact by their courage and leadership.

Al Bragg was a long time captain in the Akron Fire Department, and he talked about his journey in entering a field that, at the time, was not populated by many African-Americans. Bragg mentioned how Akron, as well as other fire departments, are committed to ensuring diversity and growing with the times.
