It's Day 2 of Indians Radio Week, and unfortunately, Ray Horner is unable to be in Goodyear, Arizona for spring training due to the pandemic. But it does not mean Ray won't bring you the latest on the 2021 Cleveland Indians, even if it is over the phone.

VP from the Tribe, Bob DiBiasio, talked about a very different feel to spring training, from the setting itself to player development.
