Back in the 1970s, Dennis Kucinich was the mayor of Cleveland during a tumultuous time in the city and the country. Tumultuous, in that the country was experiencing bumps in the road following the Watergate scandal and the Vietnam War, and locally, corruption in government and public utilities. 

Since then, he spent 16 years in Congress, ran for President twice, and once for Ohio Governor. Now, he's running for Mayor of Cleveland again.
