Delayed a year and without spectators, the 2020 Toyko Olympics are indeed happening in 2021. That year off is very trying for the athletes trying to stay in peak performance.

If there is anyone who knows about peak performance, it is Akron's own Butch Reynolds, who set records in the 1988 Olympics in Seoul. He joined the Ray Horner Morning Show to talk about the rigorous training athletes go through every four years to compete in the Olympics, and he also mentioned how difficult it will be for the participants to perform without friends, family, and fans cheering them on in the bleachers.
