This is the final Student Athlete of the Week announcement of the 2020-2021 school year, and today we head over to Cuyahoga Falls High School. Tommie Thompson is a senior member of the softball team, where she leads off and has a batting average of .553 with five doubles, a triple, and a home run. She has also walked six times, driven in 10 runs, and swiped seven stolen bases. Tommie has a 4.2 GPA, and she will head to Mount Union University to major in nursing. Lukas Keverkamp is also a senior, and he is a member of the track and field team over at Cuyahoga Falls, as well as cross country in previous falls. He has the school record for the Indoor 3200m in 2021, clocking in at 9:46.28, finished 21st at 2021 Division 1 Indoor Finale at Spire Academy, and first at the William Ward Invitational in the 3200m. Lukas carries a 4.33 GPA, and he will continue his education at Walsh University, studying sports sciences.
