This week our 1590 WAKR G&G Fitness Coach of the Week is Kenny Linn of Tallmadge.
Linn has coached the Blue Devils for the last 21 seasons. He says he encourages his kids to play multiple sports.
"I truly have worked with great coaches in the other sports here at Tallmadge, and we have no problem sharing the athletes," he said.

This week our G&G Fitness Coach of the Week is Mike Dies, co-head coach of the Firestone Falcons and President of the West Akron Baseball & Softball League.
Dies says that coaching is truly a labor of love for him.
"It is, I grew up in family where we always helped kids and we enjoyed it," he said.
The WABL organization has over 700 kids in both baseball and softball and has a board of 26 members.

This week our G&G Fitness Coach of the Week is none other than Fred Thomas, the former coach at Malone University. He is now a volunteer assistant at the University of Mount Union, helping with the offensive line.
Coach Thomas said it's been an interesting road to get to Alliance and coach alongside Vince Kehres, but he says he's been fortunate to land with such a prestigious program.
"It's been a blessing," Coach Thomas said. "The players have been great to me, the coaches have been great to me."
The Purple Raiders start spring football in a week and a half.

This week our 1590 WAKR G&G Fitness Coach of the Week is Yontami Jones, the girls' basketball coach of Kenmore Garfield Golden Rams.
The Lady Rams won the 2018-19 City Series title.
She says that her team fought through some adversity earlier in the season, but perservered and came through.

Jake Parsons, the new head coach of the Copley Indians is this week's G&G Fitness Coach of the Week.
He says Copley is one of the premier jobs in Summit County.
"They have great facilities, and great kids, it's a great area, and I'm just excited to be a part of it," he said.
