Sam and Brad Show Podcast 11.15.18

Ron Stokes, color analyst for the Ohio State men's basketball team on the Ohio State-IMG Sports Network joined the Show to talk about the Buckeyes' matchup with Creighton tonight 11 minutes in.

Also Ross Benjamin joined to talk college and pro football against the spread for entertainment purposes only right off the bat.

Sam and Brad spoke with former McKinley Bulldog and Ohio State point guard Ron Stokes Tuesday to talk about Thad Matta's decision to step down from Ohio State University.

Stokes serves as a color analyst on the Ohio State-IMG Sports Network.  He discussed how Thad ran his program at OSU in the right way and the next steps as far as how the university will find it's next head basketball coach.

After their win over UConn last Saturday in Columbus, the Ohio State men's basketball team will be prepared for a stiff challenge against UCLA this coming Saturday out in California.

Buckeyes radio network color analyst and former OSU and Canton McKinley guard Ron Stokes joined Sam Tuesday to talk about the Buckeyes solid start at 8-2.

AUDIO Ron Stokes Talking Buckeye Hoops

The Ohio State Buckeyes men's basketball team is coming off a win Illinois in Champaign 68-63 in overtime. With that win, OSU moves to 14-8 overall and 6-3 in the Big Ten.

Former Canton McKinley Bulldog and Ohio State guard  and current Buckeye radio analyst Ron Stokes joined the Sam Bourquin Show on a "Feel Good Friday" to talk about the win and what it means for Thad Matta's squad.

 Stokes said the Buckeyes got a big win on the road, which hasn't come easy for them.

"They need to continue to make a strong case for the NCAA Tournament with their resume," Ronnie said. "They have some work to do, but you picked up a great win against Kentucky, and hopefully they can have a strong showing this weekend against Maryland."

 

The Buckeyes will take on Maryland Sunday afternoon. Tip-off is at 1 p.m. on 1590 WAKR.
