Akron's Metro RTA will break ground soon on a new, $48 million dollar maintenance and operations facility, which will be located next door to their office at 416 Kenmore Boulevard.

Most of the cost will be covered by a $38 million dollar federal grant, and Akron Metro CEO Dawn Distler, says the rest will be paid for with money they have already set aside in their budget for the project.
