Where Will You Vote Tomorrow?: New Summit County Voting Locations Featured

When the polls open Tuesday morning at 6:30 in Summit County for the August 8 special election; some voters will need to report to a different location than the one they went to the last time.

Here are the new locations, according to the Summit County Board of Elections:

POLLING PLACE NAME & ENTRANCE CHANGES

 • Voters assigned to precincts Akron 5-D & 5-E will vote at Mason CLC located at 700 East
Exchange Street, Akron, OH 44306. This is the opposite side of the same building (Mason
Park Community Center) that served as their previous polling place.
• Voters assigned to precinct Hudson 1-D now vote at Barlow Community Center –
Memorial Room located at 41 South Oviatt Street, Hudson, OH 44236. This is a different
room in the same building.
• Voters assigned to precincts New Franklin 1-C & 3-A will vote at the newly named New
Franklin Global Church (formerly Manchester United Methodist Church).
The facility’s location remains at 5625 Manchester Road, Akron, OH 44319.
 
TEMPORARY POLLING LOCATION CHANGES
 • Voters assigned to precincts Akron 2-A & 2-B will temporarily vote at St. Anthony School
located at 80 East York Street, Akron, OH 44310.
• Voters assigned to precincts New Franklin 2-A, 2-B & 2-C will temporarily vote at
Apostolic Church Annex located at 1717 Turkeyfoot Lake Road, Barberton, OH 44203.
• Voters assigned to precincts Twinsburg 2-A, 2-B, 2-C & Twinsburg Twp A will temporarily
vote at Twinsburg High School located at 10084 Ravenna Road, Twinsburg, OH 44087.
 
PERMANENT POLLING LOCATION CHANGES
 
• Voters assigned to precinct Akron 2-F will now vote at Summit County Job Center
located at 1040 East Tallmadge Avenue, Akron, OH 44310.
 • Voters assigned to precinct Akron 2-H will now vote at St. Anthony School located at 80
East York Street, Akron, OH 44310.
• Voters assigned to precinct Akron 8-F will now vote at First Baptist Church of Akron
located at 1670 Shatto Avenue, Akron, OH 44313.
• Voters assigned to precinct Akron 8-G will now vote at Christ Woodland United
Methodist Church located at 444 North Hawkins Avenue, Akron, OH 44313.
• Voters assigned to precinct Cuyahoga Falls 1-A will now vote at Preston Elementary
School located at 800 Tallmadge Road, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221.
• Voters assigned to precinct Cuyahoga Falls 1-B will now vote at Lutheran Center –
Northeast Ohio Synod located at 1890 Bailey Road, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221.
• Voters assigned to precinct Cuyahoga Falls 3-D will now vote at Community Vineyard
Church located at 2543 State Road, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223.
• Voters assigned to precinct Cuyahoga Falls 3-E will now vote at Quirk Cultural Center
located at 1201 Grant Avenue, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223.
• Voters assigned to precinct Cuyahoga Falls 5-D will now vote at The Lighthouse located at
315 Graham Road, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223.
• Voters assigned to precinct Cuyahoga Falls 6-C will now vote at Bailey Road Christian
Church located at 3200 Bailey Road, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221.
• Voters assigned to precinct Cuyahoga Falls 6-D will now vote at United Presbyterian
Church of Cuyahoga Falls located at 2819 Hudson Drive, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221.
• Voters assigned to precincts Hudson 1-A & 1-B will now vote at Hudson Library and
Historical Society located at 96 Library Street, Hudson, OH 44236.
• Voters assigned to precincts Hudson 2-B, 2-C & 2-D will now vote at Laurel Lake
Retirement Center located at 200 Laurel Lake Drive, Hudson, OH 44236.
• Voters assigned to precincts Hudson 3-B, 3-C & 3-D will now vote at Barlow Community
Center – Assembly Room located at 41 South Oviatt Street, Hudson, OH 44236.
• Voters assigned to precincts Fairlawn 4-A, 5-A & 6-A will now vote at Grace Church –
Bath Extension located at 565 South Cleveland Massillon Road, Fairlawn, OH 44333.
All impacted voters have been mailed an updated voter information card reflecting their new voting
