WAKR and the Ray Horner Morning Show are featuring a member of the black community in Akron who have made an impact by their courage and leadership.

One of those leaders is Russ Neal, who serves Ward 4 in Akron City Council. Neal talks about his upbringing, from his days at Buchtel to becoming a role model in the community after his return to the Akron area.
