Rouglas (Rougie) Odor, Manager of the RubberDucks, has become the winningest manager in franchise history. His 245th win also marks 2,500 victories for the franchise since coming to Ohio in 1989. Rougie joined the Ray Horner Morning Show to talk about the accomplishment and more.
