Conagra Brands is recalling 2.5 million pounds of defectively packaged, and potentially contaminated canned meat and poultry products, most sold under the name of Armour Star Vienna.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture says the recall covers 63 products that were shipped to retail locations nationwide.

The agency adds that the packaging may not show outward signs of contamination but could still be affected. The products in question were produced between Dec. 12, 2022 and Jan. 13, 2023. The cans all bear the establishment number P4247.

Consumers are advised to either throw the recalled items away, or bring them back to the store where they bought them.
