Have a question for Akron’s Mayoral candidates? Now’s your chance to ask them. A public debate on April 12th will feature questions from local residents. The debate will take place at 7pm at the Akron-Summit County Public Library on High Street. 

You can submit your questions for candidates in advance on the Ohio Debate Commission website.

Another debate is set to take place April 5th during the Akron Press Club Luncheon at Quaker Square. The event will begin at noon and is $35 for lunch or free to attend without eating. 

The debates are being sponsored by the Akron Press Club, Ideastream Public Media, the Akron Beacon Journal, and the Ohio Debate Commission.
