Bronny James Suffers Cardiac Arrest: In Stable Condition Featured

LeBron James' 18 year old son, Bronny, suffered cardiac arrest while practicing with the USC Trojans basketball team Monday, prior to starting his freshman year at the school.

A number of News organizations including ESPN report that Bronny is now out of ICU, and in stable condition.

The James family issued a statement to the media, which states in part "Medical staff was able to treat Bronny and take him to the hospital. He is now in stable condition and no longer in ICU. We ask for respect and privacy for the James family and we will update media when there is more information. LeBron and Savannah wish to publicly send their deepest thanks and appreciation to the USC medical and athletic staff for their incredible work and dedication to the safety of their athletes."

According to ESPN, it is the second year in a row that an incoming USC freshman player suffered cardiac arrest. noting that Center Vincent Iwuchukwu, spent a few days in the hospital last July, and returned to play 14 games with the team last season.
