The two victims of a murder-suicide in Akron on Monday have been identified, as 44 year old Christina Spigner, and 38 year old Jonathan Deford.
The Summit County Medical Examiner's office says Deford shot Spigner, and then himself; listing her cause of death as homicide, and his as suicide.
Spigner's body was found in the driveway of a burning home in the 400 block of Lansing Road, in Akron's Ellet neighborhood on Monday evening, and after the fire was extinguished; firefighters found Deford's body in the basement.
