Akron Police have identified one of two suspects in a deadly shooting outside the Spring Hill Apartments on Everton Drive back on June 5th. 

Police first responded to the call of a man shot around 5 p.m. June 5th, and found 27-year-old Diamond Smith of Everton Drive lying near the apartment's pool area with several gunshot wounds. He was shortly after pronounced dead on the scene. 

Detectives spoke with Smith's girlfriend after the shooting who said two men broke into her apartment, pushed her around, and then took cash. Smith, the robbery victim's boyfriend, ran after the two men and was shot while he chased them. 

APD Detectives have since identified one of the two men as Cenqunn Woods (pictured), who is listed at 5'9" and 150 pounds.
