The 32 year old Akron man who allegedly attacked a woman at a Summit County Metro Park earlier this month, has been indicted on five felony charges.

Issac Armour of West Lowell Avenue is charged with Attempted Rape, Kidnapping, Abduction, and Gross Sexual Imposition.

Summit County Prosecutors say that at around 9 a.m. on August 13, three people ran to assist a 33 year old woman who was screaming for help along Cuyahoga Street near Trailhead in the Cascade Valley Metro Park. When they discovered she was being attacked and assaulted, they hit her attacker on the head with a rock, and got her away safely.

Prosecutors say she later told police she was grabbed from behind and assaulted, just after leaving a restroom.
